A full day of music, multiple stages, and a lineup that moves across genres, OFFLIMITS Abu Dhabi 2026 is shaping up to be one of the UAE’s most expansive live music experiences this year. On 4 April 2026, Shakira headlines the festival at Etihad Park, bringing her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour energy to the region.

Designed as a 12-hour, multi-genre event, OFFLIMITS brings pop, rock, R&B, and alternative music into one space, with tens of thousands of fans expected and multiple stages running simultaneously.

What is OFFLIMITS and who are the artists you will see?

OFFLIMITS is considered the Middle East’s largest open-format music festival. The event brings together major international artists across pop, rock, indie, and R&B, allowing you to move between stages and discover completely different sounds throughout the day.

Headlining the 2026 edition is Shakira, one of the most recognizable global pop stars of the last three decades. With more than 95 million records sold worldwide and multiple Grammy Awards, her live shows are known for high-energy choreography, massive stage production, and global hits that audiences know by heart.

Grove to her most popular tracks like ‘Hips Don't Lie’, ‘Whenever, Wherever’, ‘Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)’ and more. Joining her on the main stage are major international artists including Jonas Brothers and Ne‑Yo, both known for hit-filled live shows that blend nostalgia with chart-topping tracks like ‘Burnin’ Up’ and ‘So Sick’.

The festival also features a dedicated Meteor Stage. This stage is dedicated to focusing on rock and alternative acts, including Biffy Clyro, KALEO, Scouting for Girls, and Toploader, whose song ‘Dancing in the Moonlight’ remains a festival sing-along favourite.

Additional performances from emerging and regional artists such as Myles Smith, Yara Mustafa, Bayou, and YAZ ensure that the lineup mixes global superstars with rising talent.

What to expect from the festival?

The OFFLIMITS experience is built around a full-day festival atmosphere. Once you enter the venue, you’re stepping into a music takeover that runs from mid-afternoon until the early hours of the morning.

As the day progresses, the scale of the experience becomes more apparent, larger crowds gather at the main stage, production intensifies with expansive LED screens, powerful sound systems, and coordinated lighting, while other stages maintain more niche, genre-specific sets. This creates a rhythm where you can shift between high-energy performances and more laid-back sets without leaving the venue.

The energy builds through crowd movement, artist transitions, and the shared momentum of thousands of attendees experiencing different parts of the festival at the same time.

Because the festival runs for around 12 hours, food and beverage stalls will be available across the venue. General admission guests can purchase meals and drinks throughout the day, while premium ticket holders get access to dedicated hospitality areas.

Prices start from roughly AED 495–595, increasing as later ticket phases are released. Each buyer can purchase up to six tickets.
